No matter how careful you are, accidents do happen. But if something goes wrong, support is just a phone call away. Below are some important tips and information if you are involved in an accident.

01. Lodge an FIR

Lodge an FIR at the nearest Police Station, giving details of car registration, chassis number and the engine number

02. Inform MyLease

Inform MyLease of the theft within 24 hours via phone (1800 313 1422) or email (service@mylease.co.in).

03. Send a copy of the FIR and an authorised signatory's letter to MyLease

Send a copy of the FIR to MyLease, along with a letter from the authorised signatory of your company to us to follow up with the insurance company.

04. Keep keys and official papers at hand

Keep the set of original keys of the vehicle, Registration Certificate and Insurance Policy to hand over to the Insurance company.

05. Report missing documents

In case the original Registration Certificate and Insurance Policy have been lost with the stolen vehicle, please ensure that the loss of these is also reported in the FIR.

06. Keep MyLease updated

Please inform MyLease immediately, in case the vehicle is later recovered.
